We realise that the world of mental health professionals may be daunting. The difference between psychotherapists, psychiatrists, counsellors, therapists and myriad other supportive services can be daunting for someone unfamiliar with the process. After decades working within the field of mental health, we developed Priority Health to approach this from the perspective of the client who is keen to start their journey to mental wellbeing, but does not know how or where to begin.

Mental health is complex – but our process is simple. After an initial assessment, we provide you with a recommended care plan or course of treatment that is right for you. It’s your choice whether to proceed – and we can answer any questions you may have.
Whether you are suffering with depression or work related stress; an addiction or compulsive behaviour; an eating disorder or traumatic event – or are coping with bereavement, sexuality issues or anxiety, we can help.
You may be experiencing one of more of these issues at the moment. You may be concerned for a family member. You may not be able to accurately define the issue at all – but just feel that things are not right; that your emotional wellbeing could be so much better.
